Self-Defence Seminar

Have you ever wondered what you would do if someone grabbed you in the streets as you were walking home? Or what if someone was holding you at gun point? Or even how to react to someone trying to punch or kick you?

Sunday, November 13^th from 6pm-8pm –

Learn to protect yourself! Alex Foley’s Academy will be hosting a two hour self-defense seminar to show you how to get out of these sticky situations. Whether you work in a job field that puts you in potential danger of a physical attack each day, or if you’d simply like to learn how to defend yourself while walking down the street.

Cost is $35.00 per person for the full 2 hours
